SC5408A 100kHz至6GHz模块式射频上变频器|SignalCore


SC5407A 和 SC5408A 是高性能三级外差上变频器。 该模块的输入 RF 频率范围为 DC 至 6 GHz,可选择 80 MHz、160 MHz 和 320 MHz 的 IF 带宽。 每个模块均采用 YIG 振荡器作为其可调谐 RF LO,可提供出色的相位噪声,从而对输出 RF 信号产生的噪声可以忽略不计。 这些宽带模块旨在满足射频仪器、无线通信、卫星链路、软件定义无线电和信号智能等要求严苛的应用。 每个模块都提供完整的实施说明、GUI、驱动程序软件和示例代码。
