MS269xA系列信号分析仪是针对下一代通讯应用的最高性能的矢量信号分析仪。它包括扫频模式分析,FFT模式信号分析,和高精度的数字化仪功能。添加各种选件以组成信号发生器,将仪器打造成即插即用的一体化无忧解决方案。
MS269xA系列信号分析仪支持31.25 MHz的标准分析带宽,可扩展到62.5 MHz/125 MHz的选件。该频谱仪使用内部校准电路(安立专利),在6 GHz的频率跨度内对幅度和相位进行校准,校准后使精度保持在±0.5 dB范围内。市场上没有任何其他的分析仪可满足该性能!这些组成模块的性能十分优越 - 它们采用最新技术来最广泛的测量信号,使测试速度比以往任何时候都快。模块化的结构保证了整个框架结构的性能,确保了整体性能的显著提高。
MS269xA系列信号分析仪的选件包括基于通信标准的调制分析,矢量信号发生器和BER测量软件。最终用户可以配置一套完整的解决方案,大大降低了用于设备评估的成本,测试设备的空间,及测试周期。
该系列信号分析仪对于研发测试环境具有足够的测量精度,同时也能为产线提供足够快的速度!目前支持的应用包括GSM,GPRS,EDGE,W-CDMA,LTE和5G技术。
宽带高速FFT信号分析(标准分析带宽为31.25 MHz和62.5 MHz/125 MHz的选件)功能包括CCDF测量功能,频率 vs 时间,和功率vs 时间的高速连续测量。标准的数字化功能能够精确地捕获波形,并立即使用信号发生器选件播放出来。增加一个扩展的数字化选件,可以捕捉20 MHz的信号长达4个小时。
