6 GHz RF下变频器
SC5307A 和 SC5308A 是高性能、三级、外差下变频器,旨在满足射频仪器、无线通信、卫星链路、软件定义无线电和信号智能等苛刻应用的需求。两个模块的输入射频频率范围为 DC 至 6 GHz,可选的 IF 带宽为 80 MHz、160 MHz 和 320 MHz。这些宽带模块使用 YIG 振荡器作为可调谐射频 LO,可提供出色的相位噪声,从而对下变频射频信号产生的噪声可以忽略不计。
每个模块都提供了完整的实现说明、GUI、驱动程序软件和示例代码。
