SC5320A 20GHz至40GHz模块式微波下变频器|SignalCore
SC5320A是一款Ka波段单级下变频器,输入RF范围为20 GHz至40 GHz,外部LO频率范围为10 GHz至20 GHz,输出IF范围为100 MHz至4 GHz,3 dB带宽为2 GHz。该模块具有内部合成本振、可选射频前置放大器和可变增益控制,使其成为紧凑且多功能的独立下变频器模块。通过外部LO选项,SC5320A可以针对SISO应用进行配置,也可以与多个单元配对,用于MIMO应用,如地面卫星通信、点对点无线电、测试仪器和其他射频测量系统。
每个模块都提供了完整的实现说明、GUI、驱动程序软件和示例代码。
